We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Lead with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), intercompany billing, sales order management, pricing, shipping, and commercial invoicing. The ideal candidate will lead business process validation for intercompany sales transactions, machine-related transactions, sales order changes, drop shipments, and billing processes.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and SAP functional teams to validate end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensure accurate intercompany billing, and maintain consistency between sales orders, deliveries, pricing conditions, and commercial invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end intercompany sales and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP SD.
• Review intercompany sales orders, billing documents, commercial invoices, and related accounting transactions.
• Validate machine-related sales transactions, including order creation, order modifications, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
• Analyze sales order changes and ensure accurate updates to pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and billing requirements.
• Validate drop shipment processes, including third-party sales, delivery coordination, and intercompany transaction flows, as applicable.
• Review intercompany billing scenarios to ensure accurate invoicing between selling and delivering entities.
• Validate pricing conditions, transfer prices, markups, discounts, and other commercial pricing requirements.
• Review shipping and delivery processes to ensure alignment between sales orders, outbound deliveries, and billing documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and SAP teams to identify process gaps and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Document business requirements, process flows, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria for intercompany sales and billing.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, order processing efficiency, and compliance with business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of intercompany sales and billing processes in SAP.
• Experience with sales order management, order changes, pricing conditions, and commercial invoicing.
• Knowledge of shipping, delivery processing, and logistics-related sales transactions.
• Experience validating drop shipments and related intercompany transaction flows.
• Understanding of machine or equipment sales transactions is preferred.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.
• Knowledge of intercompany stock transfers, third-party sales, and cross-company sales scenarios.
• Familiarity with billing integration to SAP Finance (FI).
• Experience working with global business units, multiple legal entities, and complex commercial sales processes.

Compensation: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
