We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SD and SAP Testing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, preparing test scenarios, validating SAP SD functionalities, and ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes along with hands-on experience in functional testing, integration testing, and UAT support

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SD processes.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for SAP SD modules.
• Perform:
  • Functional Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate SAP SD processes including:
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Pricing
  • Billing
  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Credit Management
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and SAP functional consultants.
• Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support deployment, production validation, and post-go-live activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare test reports, status updates, and documentation.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Functional Tester.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module
• Hands-on experience in SAP Testing activities.
• Good understanding of OTC business processes.
• Experience in test management tools like:
  • HP ALM / QC
  • JIRA
  • Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of defect lifecycle management.
• Ability to write functional test cases and scenarios.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to integration with MM/FI modules.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
• Basic SQL knowledge preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Know how in automation testing tools like TOSCA for SAP
