The SAP SD Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales & Distribution processes with a strong focus on Sales Scheduling Agreements, EDI inbound releases (830/862), pricing procedures, outbound delivery execution, ASN integration, goods issue, and customer returns including scrap and delivery discrepancy handling. The role involves solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for global implementation programs
Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and configuration of Sales Scheduling Agreements (LPA/LP), including schedule line categories, release processing, cumulative quantities, and delivery relevance • Design and implement EDI inbound integration for Planning (830) and Shipping (862) schedules
• Configure and validate IDoc processing (DELFOR / DELJIT) and coordinate with middleware teams
• Design and configure pricing procedures, condition types, and pricing determination for implementation scenarios
• Configure outbound delivery processes including delivery scheduling, shipping point determination, routes, and delivery splits
• Design and implement ASN outbound processing using DESADV IDocs
• Configure and validate Post Goods Issue (PGI) processes and logistics integration
• Design customer returns, scrap handling, and delivery discrepancy processes (short/over deliveries, damages)
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and solution design documents
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, cutover, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with MM, FI, EWM, and integration teams during implementation
- Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field- Industry process knowledge, solution expertise, consultation skills in SAP SD module for at least 10+ years- Experience in deployment of SAP SD module in S/4HANA environment- Experience in SAP SD module configuration, Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment- Experience in understanding integration between SAP S/4 and legacy systems- End to end implementation and Support of SAP MM- Handled / worked with global teams- Automotive experience in implementing SAP is must- Support in an onshore/offshore model is preferred- Respect and empathy for team members, business partner and product customer- Excellent at problem solving and prevention.- Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery- SAP Activate- Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap
