Main tasks:

• Support & Coordination: Execute SAP 2nd level support and manage 3rd level activities for seamless IT operations, including coordination of interfaces to non-SAP systems.
• Process Design: Collaborate with business SMEs to define future business processes using industry best practices.
• Change Management: Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects.
• Documentation: Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents.
  
• System Configuration: Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use.
  
• Collaboration & Inspiration: Work with IT divisions, internal customers, and external service providers to foster innovation and support your team.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Several years of SAP SD experience.
• 
  Solid understanding of S/4HANA; knowledge of PS, CS, MM, FI modules is a plus.
  
• 
  Experience in technical integrations with other solutions.
  
• 
  Good understanding of handling master data in S/4HANA, with knowledge of SAP Business Partner and SAP FIORI apps.
  
• 
  Knowledge of ABAP development language.
  
• 
  Confident in performing system configuration.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit and a strong willingness to learn new processes in a globally evolving environment.
  
• Fluent in English; French or German are a plus.
