🚀 What You'll Architect

As the Supply & Order Management Scrum Master within the IT CoE LATAM team, you will architect the execution engine behind a prioritized software development backlog for Digital Products focused on supply and order management. You will lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle — from project strategy and effort estimation through Agile ceremonies and release commitments — ensuring transparency, flow, and continuous improvement across one or more agile development teams, while acting as a trusted partner to product owners, architects, and IT and business stakeholders.

You will:

• Define project strategy, prioritization, effort estimations, and technical resource selection alongside product owners, IT CoE Head, IT Business Partners, and Solutions Architect

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Digital Product delivery backlog, ensuring Sprint goals and release commitments are met

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Maintain Agile metrics and delivery artifacts, proactively identifying and removing impediments to team delivery

• Partner with Product Owners, architects, and designers on backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness

• Develop implementation plans and ensure supporting infrastructure, processes, and roles are in place

• Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, managing dependencies across teams, platforms, and vendors

• Coach team members on Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment

• You have at least 6 years of direct project experience working in Brazil, ideally on SAP-related programs, and are fluent in Portuguese and English

Qualifications / Certifications

• Scrum Master and/or PMI certification required

• Optional: MSc in Project Management is a plus

Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development or project delivery environments, with direct experience on SAP-related projects or programs in Brazil

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in software development environments

• Practical experience implementing or supporting Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Kanban, Crystal, XP/Extreme Programming, etc.)

• Strong ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

• Knowledge of business processes related to commercial and supply operations (Order to Cash, Billing, Product Delivery, Order Management, WM/IM, etc.)

• Fluent ability to speak, write, and read in Portuguese and English

⭐ Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of Spanish for technical and business terms

• Experience guiding or coaching external consultants and multifunctional teams

• Familiarity with cloud-native development, CI/CD, and test automation practices
