Are you seeking an in-house role within a highly skilled global team? Are you ready to take on new challenges in the SAP landscape of the Sports and Fashion industry as a Senior SAP Sales Consultant?

We are offering an exciting opportunity based in Garching, Germany, supporting our Amer Sports brands across Europe and collaborating closely with our international teams in North America and Asia.

We started our first premium brand transition to SAP S/4HANA and are looking for a new team member to join us on this strategic journey. You will help drive the rollout of S/4HANA across regions and brands while ensuring we maintain our high operational standards on the existing SAP ECC platform throughout the transition

Tasks

• Drive SAP Sales excellence across the group: Apply your deep expertise in SAP Sales configuration—covering SAP Standard, AFS, and soon S/4HANA—to optimize, enhance, and harmonize Sales processes across our diverse brand portfolio.
• Ensure strong end‑to‑end process integration: Use your in‑depth understanding of cross‑functional flows to secure seamless alignment between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and the broader SAP system landscape.
• Act as the SAP Sales Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the key point of contact for our support organizations across EMEA, APAC, and North America, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and best‑practice recommendations.
• Shape our journey to S/4HANA: Play a pivotal role in our transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA by contributing your know‑how to a skilled, collaborative in‑house SAP team and influencing how future Sales processes will look.

Requirements

• Deep SAP expertise (5+ years) gained in complex, multinational environments, with strong knowledge of aATP functionality and season management
• Advanced, practical configuration skills in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales, with the ability to design and support sophisticated order‑to‑cash processes typical of the Sports & Fashion industry
• Solid understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of Omnichannel Retail and E‑Commerce
• A proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into robust functional designs and collaborating closely with development and interface specialists to deliver integrated end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, enabling smooth global collaboration and the creation of high‑quality documentation.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset, with enjoyment in working within a multicultural, international environment
• Experience managing external partners, including expectation setting, deliverable coordination, and driving successful outcomes.
• Skilled in hosting and facilitating workshops with both business and IT stakeholders to support alignment, clarify requirements, and shape effective solution designs.
• Comfortable operating in agile project environments, contributing to iterative, fast‑paced delivery cycles.
• Experience with SAP S/4 CAR or Fiori is a strong plus, though not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Amer Sports locations for project‑related work.
