We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.

To enhance our SAP Operations & Optimization Team at our headquarters in Rellingen we are seeking as soon as possible for a:

SAP Sales Process Optimization Specialist (m/f/d)

- limited until July 30th, 2027 -

In this position you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across Yamaha Music Europe’s sales organization. Leveraging your deep expertise in SAP and related business technologies, you will optimize end-to-end sales processes, establish best practices across departments, and support data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Digital Infrastructure teams, you will ensure that sales operations remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with Yamaha’s long-term strategic objectives.

Your duties:
  • Drive optimization and continuous improvement of SAP-supported sales processes across Europe
  • Manage and enhance key sales support functions, including pricing management, bonus processing, agent payments, commercial terms, and order handling
  • Analyze business requirements and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance analyses using SAP Analytics, Power BI, and related tools
  • Generate actionable business insights through data analysis, supporting management and sales teams in strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate with IT and Digital Infrastructure teams to implement system enhancements, automation solutions, and third-party integrations
  • Deliver training, user support, and best-practice guidance for SAP, Power BI, and other sales support tools across business units
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of future-oriented sales processes and technologies


Your profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales operations, business process optimization, or a similar role within an international environment
  • Strong expertise in SAP sales processes and related business applications
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; an additional European language is an advantage
