ABeam Consulting is one of the top management consulting firms operating globally with more than 4,000 consultants with offices in Japan, Asia, US, and Europe. PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia is providing consulting services to various enterprises in the wide range of industry sectors. Our services include business & IT strategy, operation improvement, system integration and enterprise applications (ERP) implementation, and application management outsourcing.

Currently we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position:

Responsibility:

• Work together with management to develop Business Development plan according to the direction and strategy of the company.
• Identify new sales leads and maintain pipeline.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Research the needs of other companies (customers) and learn who makes decisions in each company.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Plan and execute new marketing initiatives.
• Pitching products and services.
• Promote products and services to prospects and existing customers based on their business needs.
• Prepare material to support sales activities, such as sales presentation and proposal development.
• Lead the team who has in-depth knowledge about the products or services offered to support the sales activities, such as sales presentation and proposal development.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Build good and sustained communication with existing customers and partners and identify their future business needs.
• Keep up with the latest technologies and products from ABeam partners (eg. SAP) and map them to existing customers and prospects needs.

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree from Reputable University.
• Fluent in English
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in Management or Information Technology Consulting business area.
• Has familiarity with SAP/Cloud Software Business
• Strong integrity and willingness to learn new things
• In-depth knowledge of Management and Information Technology Consulting industry, especially in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skill.
• Ability to work based on target and achieve it well.
