Job Description

Your Mission

As the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Director, you will be the single point of accountability for the Nexus program. You will:

  • Stabilize and govern the program, ensuring alignment across Business, IT, and Group functions
  • Lead the design and validation of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, embedding AI enablement and offshoring capabilities
  • Take control of the ERP integrator, ensuring delivery, financial discipline, and contractual compliance
  • Prepare the organization for global rollouts by building internal capabilities and reinforcing program governance
  • Simplify the ERP landscape, defining a long-term strategy aligned with operational and strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Own the end-to-end S/4HANA transformation from Core Model to Poland Pilot.
  • Define and operate a robust governance model with clear decision-making and escalation paths.
  • Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, CDO, ERP integrator, and Group functions.

Stabilization & Delivery Control

  • Review scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and integrator performance.
  • Harmonize work between teams to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Re-baseline program plans and enforce stage gates, readiness criteria, and PMO processes.

Process & Solution Design

  • Ensure business ownership of AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
  • Promote clean-core, standardized, and scalable solutions.
  • Integrate AI, offshoring, and future ERP requirements from day one.

Integrator & Vendor Management

  • Define deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and quality criteria for the ERP integrator.
  • Maintain strict control of scope, billing, and contracts.
  • Transition from integrator-led to company-led execution.

Capability Development

  • Build internal SAP and program management capabilities.
  • Coach leaders and teams for ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

ERP Landscape Rationalization & AI Enablement

  • Define ERP simplification strategy and rollout roadmap.
  • Co-design SAP foundations for AI-driven processes and partial offshoring models.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience & Education

  • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in ERP transformations, preferably in industrial companies.
  • Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP process design, and vendor management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Decision-making, strategic thinking, results orientation – advanced
  • Change management, stakeholder engagement, effective communication – advanced
  • SAP program leadership, risk and financial control, industrial ERP experience – advanced
  • Proven ability to coach and build internal capabilities

Languages

  • English (C1)
  • French (C1 or native)
