Job Description

Our client is seeking SAP S/4HANA Product Owners to support the Prepare Phase of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation initiative, partnering closely with business stakeholders and system integrator teams to drive backlog management, functional alignment, and business process transformation activities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Own and manage the SAP S/4HANA product backlog across functional areas
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops with business SMEs and stakeholders
Validate design decisions and ensure alignment with transformation objectives
Act as liaison between business teams and system integrator delivery teams
Support Agile delivery and functional prioritization activities

Requirements

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance migrations
Strong Product Owner or functional transformation experience
Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Experience working within enterprise transformation initiatives
