WeareseekinganSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialistto support our USComputerSystems Validationteam. The SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialistis responsible forconfiguring, supporting, andoptimizingSAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions in a regulated (GxP)environment. This role partners closely with manufacturing business users, SAP developers, engineering, and validation teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes. The position requires a strong combination of SAP manufacturing configurationexpertise,Engineering Change Management (ECM) experience, technical collaboration skills, and experience working within validated SAP landscapes.

WhatYou’llDo:

AsanSAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Systems Specialist,you will play a key role in supporting ourComputer Systems Validation team 

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes, primarily with integration to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM)andQuality Management (QM).

• Maintain and support manufacturing master data including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and production orders.

• Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, including configuration and management of engineering changesimpactingBOMs, routings, and production data.

• Ensure engineering changes areproperly assessed, documented, approved, and implemented in SAP in alignment with change control and validation requirements.

• Translate manufacturing and engineering business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with SAP developers on custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations related to manufacturing and ECM processes.

• Support SAP Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including impact assessments, testing, and documentation in compliance withGxPrequirements.

• Partner with validation and quality teams to ensure all system and engineering changes meet regulatory and audit standards.

• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for manufacturing- and engineering-related SAP issues.

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP S/4HANA manufacturing.

RequiredExperienceandEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments

• Hands-on experience configuring SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions.

• Experience supporting Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes and Master data Updates within SAP.

• Experience working with SAP developers on technical solutions and system integrations.

• Experience supporting SAP systems in regulated (GxP) environments with validation requirements.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and engineering processes.

PreferredExperienceandEducation 

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing industries.

• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA manufacturing migrations.

• Knowledge of shop floor integration, MES, or manufacturing execution systems.

Work Environment: 

This is a sedentary position (at least 50% oftime) in a typical office environment. There may be frequent interruptions with moderate noise levels and frequent use of printers, copiers, scanners,computersand other office equipment.Abilityto sit, talk, walk,hearand communicate verbally and in writing isrequired Occasional lifting of objects up to 25lbsis expected. 

Travel required:upto 10%, includingnationally and internationally.
