SAP S/4HANA Intercompany Finance Transformation Manager – CFO & Enterprise Value

As a team:

Within CFO and Enterprise Value, we help CFOs and finance leaders use SAP-enabled transformation to improve financial performance, strengthencontroland unlock enterprise value. We work at the intersection of finance, business and technology, leading transformation programmes that go beyond system implementation to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

As a Manager in CFO&EV, you will play a key role in leading workstreams, shaping finance process design and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, while contributing to the growth and capability of the practice

As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:

• Leading finance workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes

• Owning end-to-end intercompany accounting design, including, cross-company postings, intercompany AR / AP, intercompany invoicing, clearing,nettingand settlement

• Driving intercompany close and reconciliation, ensuring scalable processes, robustcontrolsandtimelyresolution of mismatches

• Acting as the finance design authority for intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise structure,reportingand CFO priorities

• Translating transfer pricing requirements into practical finance processes and SAP-enabled solutions

• Facilitating design and decision workshops with finance,taxand treasury stakeholders

• Managing dependencies between intercompany processes and adjacent areas such asRecord to Report,Supply Chain Finance,Groupreportingand consolidation

• Working closely with SAP delivery teams whileretainingownership of finance outcomes and business requirements

• Supporting programme leadership through structured issue management, decisionpapersand progress reporting

• Contributing to CFO&EV practice development, including, shaping intercompany and transfer pricing transformation approaches, supporting proposals and bids,developing reusable assets and points of view

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience delivering intercompany finance transformations within S/4HANA programmes

• Deep understanding of intercompany accounting processes, includingmatching and reconciliation, clearing and netting, period-endcloseand eliminations

• Solid understanding of how enterprise structure (company codes, controlling areas, profit centres)impactsintercompany design and reporting

• Experience with or strong awareness of SAP intercompany capabilities, includingSAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation),RRICB / advanced intercompany billing concepts

• Strong understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and operating models, including the journey from policy through to finance process and SAP enablement

• Ability to translate transfer pricing requirements intointercompany pricing logic, margin and markup models,operational finance processes

• Experience leading intercompany workstreams throughfit-to-standard discussions, finance process design,testingand deployment

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate finance,taxand treasury perspectives

• Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models

• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation environments

• Experience delivering intercompany and transfer pricing transformation as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance programmes

• A value-led mindset, with the ability to link intercompany improvements tofaster close, reduced reconciliation effort,bettermarginand performance insight

• Exposure to PAPM concepts or tools (desirable but not essential)

• Confidence leading senior client discussions andfacilitatingcomplex design decisions

• Experience contributing to business development, including proposalsupportor shaping client opportunities

• Interest in building deepexpertisein intercompany finance within CFO&EV, while developing broader finance transformation capability

• A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing team members and strengthening practice capability

• Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience
