SAP S/4HANA Cloud Functional Subject Matter Expert (FICO, Logistics, P2P, O2C)
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Functional Subject Matter Expert to play a pivotal role in our transformation from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Premier Edition.
This role is ideal for a functional leader who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will not only configure and deliver SAP solutions but also build trust with stakeholders and guide them through change.
You will serve as a key customer-facing advisor, partnering directly with business leaders across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes across FICO, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Translate complex SAP capabilities into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
• Build strong relationships across departments, ensuring alignment, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support during key milestones including testing and go-live.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics.
• Configure SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP in alignment with best practices.
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Play a key role across the full project lifecycle: discovery, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Identify risks and proactively drive resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
• Serve as the functional SME and mentor to internal teams and business users.
• Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
• Champion change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Ideally Premier Edition).
• Deep functional expertise in FICO, P2P, O2C, and Logistics.
• Strong experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Exceptional communication skills – able to present confidently to both executives and end users.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and user experience design.
• Background in migrating from legacy ERP systems (e.g. SAP ByDesign) is highly preferred.
