The BPE O2C supports the GBPO O2C with the roll out of S/4H and Advanced Credit Management (ACM) solution. The role acts as functional subject matter expert for the O2C process by supporting the development of a global template that will enable a successful implementation and adoption across businesses.
Support the implementation of S/4H in the Finance domain, focusing on O2C processes.
Assist in the introduction and integration of ACM.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMO, GBPO, and IT teams to ensure successful system deployment and process alignment.
Contribute to project activities including design, testing, migration, and go-live.
Support end users by providing SAP and process knowledge, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of new functionalities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during implementation.
In-depth SAP process knowledge in Finance (FI), with strong O2C expertise.
Practical knowledge of Advanced Credit Management.
Understanding of Fiori Apps, workflows and process automation.
Familiarity with the SD module is a strong plus.
Ability to develop functional specifications, process designs, test scripts and training materials.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; another language is considered a plus.
5+ years of experience in O2C and Credit Management.
Hands on experience in SAP implementations (ECC and/ or S/4H) ideally in a global template context.
Experience with Advanced Credit Management.
Practical involvement in data migration, test design/ execution, cutover and HyperCare activities.
Experience working with global teams.
S/4H certification beneficial.
