Job Description

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years of SAP industry experience with ABAP development in IS-Utilities CRM/ISU Module

  • Hands-on SAP CRM/ISU ABAP programmer with at least one SAP IS-U project full implementation

  • Very competent with Object Oriented (OO) ABAP code breaking the code into small methods and minimizing code in the main program

  • Ability to independently pick up tasks, work on them, thoroughly test, and deliver

  • Used to writing extensive documentation in the code, including before logic blocks (*) and after most lines ()

Must-Have Knowledge and Experience in Development Components:

  • General ABAP and OO ABAP code

  • ISU and CRM experience

  • FI

  • ISU Device Management (DM)

  • FICA

  • ISU Billing

Good-to-Have Knowledge and Experience in:

  • BADI

  • BDocs

  • Workflow

  • ALV/SALV

  • SPAU/SPDD

  • SRM

  • IDocs

  • FIORI

Expected Scope of Work / Responsibilities (T&M):

  • Expertise in SAP CRM technical development

  • Experience in developing and enhancing Web UI components

  • Strong ABAP expertise, including Reports, Interfaces, BADIs, and Enhancements

  • Strong module-specific knowledge in ISU

  • Debugging and performance tuning capabilities

  • Knowledge of SAP ODATA will be helpful

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal

  • Ability to participate actively in project requirement discussions and business process analysis

  • Ability to work collaboratively across different SAP work streams (functional and technical teams) and stakeholders

  • Should be a good team player and capable of leading the team when required

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exemplary customer service
