Mission Overview:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged on a consultancy mission with our client to serve as a Technical Expert within the Process & Functional Support function. You will play a critical role in ensuring the technical integrity, performance, and quality of SAP applications and data within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. Acting as a bridge between functional requirements and technical implementation, you will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions while operating under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, closely collaborating with the client's teams.

Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

Under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework, you will work on-site at the client location as needed, integrating with their teams while receiving continuous support, coaching, and career development from Keystone Solutions. You will represent Keystone Solutions' standards of excellence, delivering robust technical outcomes and adhering to the client's governance and regulatory frameworks, all while leveraging Keystone's knowledge base, mentoring network, and best practices for high-impact delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Design & Development: Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA applications in alignment with business and functional requirements. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Quality Assurance & Reviews: Perform technical quality reviews of developments (custom code, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows). Validate compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, security, and maintainability requirements.
• Data Management & Integrity: Oversee and support data-related activities, including data modeling, migration, validation, and consistency checks within S/4HANA. Ensure data quality and alignment with enterprise data governance principles.
• Process & Functional Support: Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Provide expert input on the technical feasibility and impact of functional changes.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developments and system configurations. Share knowledge and mentor team members on SAP technical topics and best practices.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure developments comply with internal governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure traceability of technical changes.

Conformity Criteria:

• Able to analyse functional requirements and translate these to SAP technical implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project experience in one or more SAP modules, preferably within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori for frontend and advanced ABAP OO for backend (minimum 5+ years experience).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, including CDS views, OData services and Restful ABAP Programming (RAP).
• Experience with ADT (Eclipse).
• Proven experience in the following work areas: SAP data services developments: webservices, + Data exchange formats and protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST,).
• Solid understanding of best practices for writing reusable and maintainable code.
• Experience with ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects (OO), Workflow, IDoc, ALV Grid, and ABAP Web Dynpro.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch + English.
• Min. 2d/week in Brussels.

• Experience level and breadth: Demonstrates SAP technical expertise with deep specialization in one or more SAP modules and SAP Fiori, including architecture design, custom enhancements, and enterprise-grade deployments. Shows clear career progression, strong technical depth, and a broad understanding of SAP landscapes and integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana: Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana.
• Understanding of SAP business processes: Strong understanding of one or more SAP business processes, with the ability to align technical design and quality assurance activities with operational and business requirements.
• Leadership and team collaboration: Recognized as an enthusiastic team player with people management or coaching experience, fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability: Strong analytical mindset, able to identify root causes, distinguish key issues, and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Communication and stakeholder engagement: Ability to communicate QA standards to technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience working with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business), and capability to challenge solutions constructively to maintain quality standards.
