Description:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA 2023 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Team
Lead
with deep
functional
and configuration expertise in S/4 Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry
,
particularly with Super
Major
Upstream or Downstream operations
. This role involves leading the
design, configuration, and implementation of EAM solutions, optimizing
maintenance strategies, and
ensuring integration with the SAP Asset
Performance Management (APM) public cloud solution, industry-specific
applications and current SAP Fiori apps in S/4HANA 2023.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• 
  Lead a team of EAM functional consultants and
  developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring quality
  deliverables.

Solution Architecture:

• 
  Design and configure SAP S/4HANA 2023 EAM
  processes, aligning with O&G best practices for asset lifecycle
  management (creation, maintenance, decommissioning).
• 
  Experience collaborating with SAP Product
  resources to plan and drive delivery of new SAP functionality in alignment
  with the customers deployment timeline

O&G Process Optimization:

• 
  Implement advanced EAM features such as
  predictive maintenance, IoT-oriented asset management, and SAP Asset
  Performance Management (APM).

Integration Lead:

• 
  Ensure seamless integration of EAM/PM with IS-Oil
  (TSW/TD), SAP Linear Asset Management and Geographical Enablement Systems
  (GES), Materials Management (MM), Finance, and SAP Fiori apps for mobile
  maintenance.

Work Management:

• 
  Oversee technical configuration of maintenance
  planning, scheduling/dispatch, work order management, and mobile work
  execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

• 
  Ensure EAM solutions comply with O&G regulations
  such as API standards, OSHA PSM, and environmental standards.

• 
  Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops and
  blueprinting sessions, translating complex business needs into technical
  specifications for Oil & Gas stakeholders. Required Skills and

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information
  Technology, or related field

Experience:

• 
  Minimum 10+ years of SAP EAM/PM experience,
  including at least two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations

Industry Knowledge:

• 
  Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  (Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream including Turnarounds), specifically
  with a major O&G operator or leading consulting firm
• 
  S/4HANA 2023 Proficiency: Deep knowledge of new
  S/4HANA 2023 functionality and enhancements, including new business roles
  and Fiori apps
• 
  Integrating with Prometheus Mobility and
  Scheduling tools and Prometheus solution for Asset Management master data
• 
  Work Permit Management: Configuring simplified
  work permit processes for hazardous operations.

Technical Skills:

• 
  Expertise configuring Maintenance Plans,
  Technical Objects, BoMs, Measuring Points, Maintenance Orders, Checklists
  and Maintenance Strategy.
• 
  Data Migration: Experience with SAP S/4HANA data
  migrations, providing EAM functional guidance to technical data team
  members

Leadership:

• 
  Experience leading project workstreams, project
  planning, customer and system integrator management. Ability to travel to
  SAP and customer sites globally, as required by the deployment plan
  Preferred Qualifications
• 
  SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP EAM
• 
  Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology
  Platform)
• 
  Knowledge of SAP Asset Performance Management
  (APM) and how it integrates with Enterprise Asset Management in S/4
• 
  Experience with SAP Spatial Asset Management.

  Excellent communication and leadership skills to
  motivate and lead customer, system integrator and SAP team members
• 
  Strong analytical problem-solving skills to
  solution complex, cross-functional solution design issues, working closely
  with functional architect from Purchasing, QM and Finance

  succinctly with program executives, raise risks and issues and provide
  recommendations to address them
