Acts as the key liaison between Global Process Ownership (GPO/GCD) and the regional business operations. This role ensures efficient collaboration across the region to maintain standardized global processes, SAP templates, and IT structures, while driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic initiatives such as digitization and Industry 4.0.
