Summary:
Worldwide Golf is seeking an SAP SD/MM Analyst who is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the SAP SD and MM processes across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
This role will work directly with our SAP implementation partner and users within the sourcing/procurement and finance lines of business to help plan and execute our SAP implementation and provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure users are proficient, efficient and compliant in executing standard processes and best practices in SAP.
This is a fully onsite (not WFH) position at the Worldwide Golf headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. This is a full-time role (M-F) with an expected workload of ~40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders
- The individual should be an expert in SAP modules related to Purchasing and Materials Management to optimize business processes and ensure seamless operations
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP engagement across relevant modules (SAP MM, OTC [Order to Cash] etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Coordinate and manage system integrator and AMS (Application Management Services) resources across multiple parallel projects, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and quality outcomes.
- Configure and support SAP modules for Procurement, Inventory Management, and related areas
- Configure and customize SAP SD and SAP IS-Retail modules, including sales order types, pricing procedures, credit management, master data (customer, article, site), and logistics execution
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements
- Define and manage master data for materials, vendors, and purchasing conditions
- Conduct testing, provide user training, and troubleshoot issues in SCM-related processes
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Qualifications Desired
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
- 3+ years of relevant SAP Retail consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
-  3+ years of hands-on SAP SD/MM experience and strong expertise in pricing, billing, deliveries, ATP, purchasing, and inventory management.
-  2+ years of SAP SD/OTC business process design experience
-  Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP Retail implementations, with a focus on SAP SD/OTC, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with at least one full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
- Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable solutions in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Retail Cloud.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
*The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
