As a SAP Redwood Consultant - Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specifically within our SAP practice. You will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. This involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your work will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives, making a significant impact within our Application Evolution Services - SAP team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions in an SAP landscape / ecosystem.
• Monitor job performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions to ensure scheduling jobs run smoothly.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in user access, configuration management, and job scheduling
• Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay updated on new features and best practices within Redwood applications to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Redwood Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of workload automation, job scheduling concepts, and Redwood tools – specifically RunMyJobs.
• Experience with integrations between Redwood and various applications such as SAP systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
