Key Facts: R2R, SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, stakeholder management, international environment, in Rapperswil-Jona/home office.

Main tasks:

• Define, continuously enhance, and govern the global end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process across all legal entities and Shared Service Centers (SSCs)
  
• 
  Analyse, map, and document R2R sub-processes, including financial closing, accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and intercompany activities
  
• 
  Design and harmonise global standards such as journal entries, valuation methods, chart of accounts logic, and reconciliation standards
  
• 
  Reduce local process variations to improve standardisation, automation, and overall process quality
  
• 
  Establish and monitor global KPIs (e.g. closing cycle time, reconciliation accuracy, manual journal entry rate) and drive continuous performance improvement
  
• 
  Support digitalisation initiatives and system implementations, including closing solutions and reconciliation tools
  
• 
  Enable legal entities and SSCs through structured training, clear guidelines, and facilitation of a global R2R Community of Practice

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  
• 
  Extensive professional experience in Accounting, R2R, Financial Reporting, or Audit
  
• 
  Strong end-to-end process expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) with solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
  
• 
  Proven ability to structure, document, and harmonise complex accounting and closing processes in an international environment
  
• 
  Experience in SSC/GBS environments as well as global transformation or roll-in initiatives
  
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within international matrix organisations
  
• 
  Excellent communication, facilitation, and change-management capabilities
  
• 
  Fluency in English and German
  
• 
  Experience with process modelling tools (e.g. Signavio or similar), process mining, or automation initiatives in Finance considered a strong asset
