Job Description

You will work closely with finance stakeholders, country SMEs, and our implementation partner to design and deliver the global core model for Record-to-Report processes.

This is a high-impact role for a consultant who combines deep SAP Finance knowledge with strong business partnering skills and a passion for process standardization, clean core principles, and successful global deployment.

Responsibilities

• 
  Design and validate SAP S/4HANA solutions for end-to-end R2R processes
• 
  Lead and support fit-to-standard workshops with business stakeholders and local teams
• 
  Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions
• 
  Challenge and review implementation partner proposals, estimates, and designs
• 
  Support testing activities, issue resolution, deployment readiness, and adoption
• 
  Ensure alignment with SAP best practices while managing local regulatory needs
• 
  Contribute to integration design with internal and external systems
• 
  Support knowledge transfer to support and maintenance teams

Requirements

• 
  Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance / R2R
• 
  Proven background in global transformation or template rollout programs
• 
  Solid knowledge of:
  • 
    General Ledger | Asset Accounting | Bank Accounting | Tax and Audit Reporting | Financial Reporting | Internal Controls
• 
  SAP FI-CO configuration skills
• 
  Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
• 
  Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Experience working with implementation partners in complex programs
• 
  Fluent English required; French or Italian is a plus
