Responsibilities

  • QA Team Management: responsible for managing proper coordination between the individuals involved in the testing process. Leads the team and ensures the success of the application.
  • Scope Estimation: should define the scope of testing in the context of the completion of each module.
  • Resource Allocation: The allocation of testing resources and their management
  • Planning and Deployment: build test planning by implementing smart testing strategies and automation testing tools. Ensure all the planning is executed accordingly.
  • Documentation: create a document that contains all the testing issues, test cases, actions taken, and resolutions. Further, the document also contains the problem that may come.
  • Streamlined Processes: To increase the quality, production, and overall growth, will be empowered streamline the testing processes. The aim should be quality delivery by saving the organizations expenses and time.
  • Coordination with Development Team: QA manager coordinates with the lead developer and discusses the bugs. Further, share the issues found in code and recommends solutions as well.
  • Project and CR Evaluation: Estimation of overall testing time comes under the responsibilities of the software testing QA manager. He must make an estimate so that costing could be analyzed properly.

SAP Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in two or more SAP modules or submodules.
  • At least four full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
  • Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Understanding of integration between modules.
  • Ability to work in both Pre-Sales as well as implementation teams.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements into SAP functionality, identify fit/gap as well as technical solutions for gaps.
  • May lead detailed module specific explore sessions.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
  • Understands complete Module/Application specific SAP functionality as well as integration points with other modules.
  • Understands how to utilize SAPs Functionality/Integration to meet business requirements.
  • Effectively plans configuration and master data development.
  • Ability to estimate resources needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensures SAP is meeting project objectives/vision.
