The SAP QM Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end Quality Management processes within SAP ECC/S4HANA environments. The role involves leading implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support activities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, WM, PM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality processes aligned with business objectives.
Implementation & Solution Design
Lead SAP QM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple business units.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable SAP QM solutions.
Design and implement inspection processes (incoming, in-process, final), quality notifications, and quality certificates.
Lead integration of QM with PP, MM, WM, PM, and SD modules.
Support & Maintenance
Provide L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Prepare documentation such as functional specs, test scripts, and SOPs.
Conduct end-user training and workshops.
