Job Summary
:

We are seeking a skilled SAP QA Tester to join our team at Deloitte USI on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP QA testing, with a focus on SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules. The role will involve creating, developing, and executing test plans and scripts, performing both manual and automated testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the functionality and quality of SAP systems. The initial phase will emphasize 80% manual testing and 20% automation.

Key Responsibilities
:

• 
  Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules.

• 
  Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP systems.

• 
  Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

• 
  Document, track, and manage defects, working with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

• 
  Use SAP Worksoft automation tools to create and maintain automated test scripts.

• 
  Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvement.

• 
  Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.

• 
  Prepare and present detailed test reports, metrics, and status updates to project stakeholders.

• 
  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• 
  Conduct integration testing between third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange.

• 
  Use Postman for API testing to validate endpoints and ensure smooth integration.

Qualifications
:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 
  6-7 years of experience in SAP QA testing, with a focus on SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules.

• 
  Strong proficiency in SAP Worksoft automation tools and techniques.

• 
  Solid understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting) processes and modules.

• 
  Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.

• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• 
  Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality results.

• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Experience in integration testing between third-party applications.

• 
  Proficiency in using Postman for API integration testing.
