SAP Project Manager

Location: Hallen Westfalen, Germany
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and German (mandatory)

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep SAP expertise, and proven success in managing large-scale projects across diverse industries.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD).

Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP projects on time and within budget.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.

PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certification preferred.
