About the Role:

A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is
seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager
to lead end-to-end SAP implementations. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 8+ years of SAP project management experience, strong leadership
skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business
functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project
  Planning & Initiation Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in
  collaboration with stakeholders.
• Project
  Execution & Monitoring Lead SAP project teams in the design,
  development, and implementation of SAP modules.
• Stakeholder
  Management Act
  as the primary point of contact between business units, technical teams, and
  external vendors.
• Budget &
  Resource Management
  Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Quality
  Assurance & Risk Management Ensure high-quality SAP implementation and mitigate
  project risks.
• Team
  Leadership & Development Build and manage high-performing SAP project teams.
• Change
  Management
  Drive SAP-related change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Open to Thai candidates only
• 8+ years of
  experience in SAP project management and end-to-end implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, and other SAP
  modules
• Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk
  mitigation
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and business teams
