An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of a leading international consultancy for the position of SAP Project Manager in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in evaluation and analysis activities before project initiation.
• Leading project team to achieve objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Adapting to organizational project and quality management processes.
• Coordinating with other departments to plan and allocate resources.
• Negotiating and reaching agreements with customers on project stages, acceptance criteria, and roles.
• Coordinating with IT to prepare necessary hardware infrastructure.
• Controlling project scope of work according to contract.
• Managing arising requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Developing plans to control project handover quality.
• Supervising and motivating project members to adhere to schedules.
• Reviewing and re-evaluating project plan after each stage.
• Sharing project successes and lessons learned with relevant departments.

 Requirements:

• At least 7-8 years of experience as an ERP Project Manager.
• Have a proven experience in managing ERP implementation/rollout full cycles and/or support projects.
• Knowledge of Project Management Processes.
• Proficiency: At least one project management tool.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
• Proficiency: English.
• Communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
