Now Hiring: SAP Project Manager (Malaysia) (Immediate Start)!

Do you thrive in leading complex SAP projects and building successful teams?

We're searching for a talented and motivated SAP Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Malaysia! In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for driving SAP implementations from initiation to successful go-live, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

What you'll do:

• Understand client requirements, business processes, and current solution landscape.
• Create detailed project plans and meticulously execute them.
• Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and support resources.
• Manage project scope, resources (including budget and personnel), and timelines.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Deliver exceptional project status updates, manage key meetings, and oversee project phases.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• 7-10 years of experience leading and managing SAP projects (end-to-end implementation experience is a must).
• Strong expertise in at least two core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM). (ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM are not required).
• Proven track record of success using project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent.
• Coaching and mentoring skills to guide your team. (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Prince2 certifications are a plus!)

We offer a competitive salary of RM 12,000 - RM 15,000 per month and an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects. Immediate start (within a week) is highly preferred!
