Exp Range : 10+ 12 years

Technical Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Master Data

• Lead the design, governance, and management of master data processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support SAP transformation and migration initiatives from ECC to S/4HANA.

Retail Master Data Processes

• Oversee retail master data domains, including products, site/location, vendor, customer, and supply chain master data.
• Ensure alignment with retail business processes and operational requirements.

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish data quality frameworks, governance models, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Integration Landscape

• Provide oversight of master data integration across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Collaborate with architecture and integration teams to ensure reliable data flows and system interoperability.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage modern technologies, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities where appropriate.
• Drive ongoing process improvements to enhance service quality and business value.
