Key Facts: SAP PP, SAP PP/DS, Project management, in Baar/home office.

Main tasks:

• Provide daily support and resolve issues within the SAP Production Planning environment (PP, PP/DS)
  
• 
  Collaborate closely with key users from production, planning, and supply chain teams across multiple countries
  
• 
  Contribute to rollouts and enhancement initiatives related to SAP PP and PP/DS
  
• 
  Analyze, document, and continuously optimize production planning processes in SAP
  
• 
  Support configuration activities and test cycles in PP/DS, with guidance and training as needed
  
• 
  Handle support tickets and deliver 2nd-level process and system support
  
• 
  Coordinate effectively with internal SAP specialists and external consultants
• 
  Participate in internal SAP training sessions and hands-on project work to build expertise in PP/DS
• 
  Gradually take on increased responsibility and evolve into a key contact for digital production planning topics

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in production planning or operations, ideally within discrete manufacturing
  
• 
  Practical experience with SAP ERP or similar systems, particularly in production-related processes (e.g., order planning, confirmations, BOMs, routings)
  
• 
  Solid knowledge of SAP PP and a strong motivation to deepen skills in SAP PP/DS
  
• 
  Independent, process-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
  
• 
  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Fluency in English and German; Czech language skills are an advantage
