As a SAP PP QM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions
• Providing training and support for seamless integration of SAP applications

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives

• Supporting procurement strategy and system implementation for cost management
• Engaging in demand forecasting and planning operations to streamline processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain issues
• Excelling in data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Managing inventory with a focus on cost efficiency and lead time reduction
• Implementing procurement strategies to enhance operational excellence
• Navigating ambiguity while building meaningful client relationships
