As a SAP PP QM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role involves using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and recommendations
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems
- Supporting procurement strategy and system implementation to enhance cost management
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
- Leading efforts in demand forecasting and inventory management to streamline operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights
- Excelling in project resource management and budgeting
- Navigating complex situations with critical thinking skills
