Seeking an SAP PP Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience to lead production planning processes. The candidate must have deep expertise in S/4 HANA with three successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of the SAP PP module, including customization and configuration.
• Design and manage production planning processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM, SD, and QM to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Develop and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, and Routing structures.
• Perform configuration for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production orders.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing, and prepare detailed process documentation.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Participate in data migration and ensure data integrity for PP master data.
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP PP experience.
• Minimum of 3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in MRP, demand management, and capacity planning.
