Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects focused on Project Systems and Commercial Project Management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions supporting project and commercial project processes
• Configure, optimize, and enhance SAP Project Systems (PS), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) solutions
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, work breakdown structures (WBS), and cost controlling processes
• Provide expert consulting and recommend SAP best practices for project and portfolio management
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd level support for business-critical SAP applications
• Manage change requests and prepare and maintain technical documentation according to company standards
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, developers, and IT departments to deliver high-quality SAP solutions
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to Agile project delivery
• Drive continuous process improvements and support the adoption of SAP innovations across project management processes

Professional Competence:

• Professional experience as an SAP Project Systems (PS), Commercial Project Management (CPM), or Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, configuration, and customizing
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, cost controlling, and WBS management
• Experience performing business process analysis and translating business requirements into SAP solutions
• Knowledge of integration between SAP PS, CPM, PPM, FI/CO, SD, and MM modules
• Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing 2nd Level Support for SAP applications
• Experience creating technical documentation and managing change requests
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
• Experience with SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA transition projects is considered an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio and resource management is considered a plus
• Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO integration and SD/MM integration is beneficial
• Experience with Project Builder and IT Service Management is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical departments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• SAP PS, SAP CPM, SAP PPM, SAP S/4HANA, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL Foundation certifications are considered an advantage
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) is required; German language skills are considered an advantage
• Excellent presentation, moderation, and workshop facilitation skills in international and cross-functional environments
