As a SAP PMO - Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions effectively. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive plans
- Allocating resources effectively and monitoring project progress to mitigate risks and achieve successful delivery
- Coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of SAP solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to enhance operational efficiency and optimize business applications
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes
- Leading cross-functional team coordination to foster collaboration and achieve project milestones
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to develop their skills and improve performance
- Utilizing project management software to track project status and deliver timely progress reports
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and build strong relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
