As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are responsible for motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will mentor team members, encouraging them to develop skills outside their comfort zones, and use work reviews as opportunities to deepen expertise. Addressing conflicts or issues, you will engage in conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will articulate our purpose and values in a meaningful way, fostering a culture of integrity and authenticity.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Enhancing operational efficiency by optimizing supply chain processes
- Leading project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
- Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Managing project resources to deliver on time and within budget
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) software
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance supply chain performance
- Embracing change and innovation in project delivery
- Developing skills in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Managing project resources effectively to meet client expectations
