• Worked as Maintenance Engineer and carried out Preventive, Corrective Maintenance etc.
• Good knowledge about O&G Equipment
• Involved or participated in,
  • Reliability Improvement Projects
  • Preventive Maintenance Optimization Projects
  • RCM study on the equipment
• Asset criticality Assessment
• Process improvement methods for maintenance effectiveness.
• Develop/Improve Asset Maintenance Strategy
• Conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Ability to conduct Maintenance Strategy workshops with all stakeholders - Review, approve and coach others on Maintenance Strategy deliverables.
• Create Maintenance Craft Procedures / Jo Plans
• Create/Validate PM Plans and Task list.
• Identify appropriate spares to tie to task list.
• Knowledge about PM Structure and Work Management process
• Data & Analytics - Data driven decisions.
• Ability to interface with many cross functional technical groups.
• CMMS Software – SAP PM
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Power Point
