About the role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (I2D) Business Analyst to join our SAP discipline, working within a small team focused on Plant Maintenance. The role will support global SAP ERP rollout initiatives as well as post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate has strong functional experience in SAP Plant Maintenance within the I2D stream, understands integrated ERP processes, and is comfortable working across projects and supports activities in an international environment.

Your next challenge:

• Customize and maintain SAP processes and interfaces in line with the global Heidelberg Materials template within the Installation to Disposal (I2D) / Plant Maintenance area
• Support SAP ERP rollout projects, including preparation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities within the I2D stream
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the SAP Core System related to I2D
• Contribute to the product roadmap and solution evolution in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and drive issue resolution across the SAP system landscape, including integrated modules
• Maintain and update system and process documentation, including business process descriptions, user manuals, training materials, and test cases
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users and key business stakeholders
• Support countries after rollout during stabilization phases within the assigned geographic scope
• Escalate major incidents in line with defined procedures and actively support their resolution
• Participate in meetings, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and external vendors through professional and proactive collaboration
• Continuously develop technical and functional knowledge in line with SAP and industry evolution

Your profile:

• Solid understanding of business processes and managerial practices in an ERP environment
• Proven experience within the Installation to Disposal (I2D) area of SAP ERP; exposure to S/4HANA is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance is essential; basic knowledge of SAP PP is considered a plus
• Good understanding of SAP integration topics and related modules such as MM, CO, Warehouse Management, or similar
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional project management training is an advantage
• Structured, target-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality and service delivery
• Ability to work effectively in an international team and handle escalation situations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent English language level
