Job Title: SAP PM Trainee / Junior Functional Consultant

Location: Thane, Maharashtra (On-site)
Experience: 0 - 1 Year (Freshers or Domain Experts transitioning to SAP)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job PurposeThe Junior SAP PM Consultant will assist the IT/ERP team in implementing, maintaining, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance module. This role bridges the gap between industrial engineering practices and SAP software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Management: Create and update functional locations, equipment masters, bills of materials (BOMs), and work centers.
• Support Operations: Resolve daily end-user queries regarding maintenance notifications, work orders, and time confirmations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Assist in setting up maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling parameters.
• Testing & Documentation: Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and maintain updated user manuals.
• Cross-Module Learning: Learn and support touchpoints with Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering preferred).
• SAP Knowledge: Completed SAP PM module training or holds an official SAP certification.
• Domain Awareness: Basic understanding of industrial safety, breakdown workflows, and preventive maintenance concepts.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and clear verbal communication for user training.
