  We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO with MES Consultant to support our aerospace manufacturing client
• 
  The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment
• 
  Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with MES, PP & PLM applications
• 
  Work on blueprinting, process mapping, building and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes
• 
  Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions
• 
  Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications
• 
  Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements
• 
  Perform testing, process validation, user training and Change Management for new processes being implemented
• 
  Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
• 
  PEO provides
