Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP Payroll Consultant
to join our transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payroll processes and configuration, compliance with local legislation, and seamless integration with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions (SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll).

• 
  Lead and deliver at least
  three (3) full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations
  .

• 
  Ensure alignment with
  local regulatory requirements
  across various countries.

• 
  Configure and optimize
  payroll schemas, wage types, time evaluation integration
  , and
  payroll posting to Finance
  .

• 
  Manage
  end-to-end payroll processing
  , including
  testing, reconciliation
  , and
  post-payroll activities
  .

• 
  Integrate SAP Payroll with
  Time Management, Personnel Administration
  , and
  Finance modules
  .

• 
  Support
  parallel payroll runs, user acceptance testing (UAT)
  , training, and
  post-go-live activities
  .

• 
  Prepare
  functional specifications
  and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.

• 
  Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• 
  Participate in
  SAP transformation projects
  involving
  hybrid deployment models
  (e.g., SAP HCM + EC Payroll).

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  5+ years
  of hands-on experience as a
  SAP Payroll Consultant
  .

• 
  Proven success in
  3 full-cycle payroll implementations
  (SAP HCM or EC Payroll).

• 
  Demonstrated expertise in:

  • 
    Payroll schemas and wage types

  • 
    Integration with Finance

  • 
    Local payroll compliance requirements

• 
  Experience with
  SuccessFactors Employee Central
  and
  Employee Central Payroll
  .

• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.

Certifications (Required - must hold at least one):

• 
  SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• 
  SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA

Preferred Skills

• 
  Experience with
  global payroll operations
  and country-specific payroll nuances.

• 
  Familiarity with
  hybrid SAP HCM/SuccessFactors architecture
  .

• 
  Agile project delivery experience.
