About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PaPM, BW4HANA and Datasphere Developer to join the AI & Data Service Tower (AIDA) – Corporate Analytics team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in SAP PaPM, SAP BW4HANA, Datasphere, ABAP and SQL who can design, develop and implement enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, support testing and deployment activities, and help deliver robust data and reporting capabilities for business functions including Finance, Logistics and HR.

What you’ll do

• Analyse business requirements and prepare detailed technical and functional specifications.
• Design, develop and implement end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions using SAP PaPM, BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions across Finance, Logistics and HR domains.
• Develop and enhance SAP BW4HANA objects including Composite Providers, ADSOs and CDS View-based data sources.
• Create and optimise ABAP and SQL-based developments to support reporting requirements.
• Execute unit testing and support integrated product testing activities.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment, cutover and hyper-care activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Identify risks, technical debt and process improvement opportunities and proactively address them.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and analytics capabilities.

Who you are

Essential Experience & Knowledge

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP PaPM, SAP BW/BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM implementation projects.
• Proven experience in SAP BW4HANA, SAP HANA and Datasphere solution development.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and developing reporting solutions using SAP PaPM, BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Strong ABAP and SQL Script development experience.
• Experience with modern BW4HANA objects including Composite Providers, ADSOs and CDS View-based data sources.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple concurrent projects.

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
