We are seeking an experienced
SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
to provide strategic leadership and delivery support for a large-scale SAP Modernization Program.
The OCM Lead will be responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the program-wide change management strategy, framework, standards, methodologies, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 
  10+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting complex business, digital, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• 
  7+ years of experience leading OCM strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, organizational readiness, and adoption.
• 
  5+ years of direct OCM experience supporting large-scale ERP implementation projects.
• 
  7+ years of experience leading OCM activities within complex, multi-stakeholder program environments.
• 
  Experience working across multiple business areas, delivery teams, and governance bodies.
• 
  Certification and demonstrated experience applying recognized OCM methodologies or frameworks such as: Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter
• 
  Equivalent recognized change management frameworks
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• 
  Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments.
