
As the Global Order-to-Cash (OTC) Value Stream Lead, you will partner with business leaders to transform and standardize end-to-end OTC processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and related digital solutions to support Gore Fabrics' strategic objectives.
This role provides strategic leadership for OTC business capabilities, processes, and technology solutions across Gore Fabrics and broader enterprise transformation initiatives. It combines business transformation, Sales Operations enablement, and process expertise to deliver scalable, standardized, and business-focused OTC capabilities across regions and operating companies.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, Digital/IT teams, solution architects, functional experts, and implementation partners to define and implement future-state processes that improve operational performance and customer experience. While supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and sustainment activities, the primary focus is driving business transformation, process governance, harmonization, and commercial effectiveness through SAP and complementary platforms such as Salesforce.
The OTC Value Stream Lead serves as a strategic process owner and cross-functional business partner, ensuring OTC capabilities enable growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and enterprise-wide standardization.
This position will be located in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and Benefits:
