Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a SAP OpenText VIM Consultantbased in Taguig City.

Salary Range Up to ₱90,000

Work Setup Hybrid

Shift Schedule Day Shift (8 AM - 6 PM)

Location Taguig City

Your Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy VIM enhancements and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to invoice processing, workflow, approvals, and integrations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions to recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI/AP, Basis, ABAP, and business users.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing activities, and production support.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documents, and user guides.
  • Support end users during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Ensure solutions follow SAP and organizational best practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of extensive hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText VIM
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText VIM, including configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support.
  • Experience with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and invoice lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exposure to SAP FI/AP, SAP Workflow, and SAP S/4HANA environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in ABAP debugging, process automation, optimization initiatives, and Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
