SAP NS2 Delivery Executive-TS/SCI+Poly-onsite Chantilly

ROLE: Delivery Executive

The Delivery Executive is responsible for the executive management of the delivery of multiple SAP NS2 cloud projects that will include S4/HANA and standalone HANA AWS Cloud Hosted technical solutions. They are responsible for growth of the project baseline and leading project managers to ensure the development of sound technical solutions, software baseline and services needed to meet the contract objective and serve as the primary point-of-contact for the Government Program Managers and other Executives. Experience in managing technical teams delivering cloud solutions with strong customer relationship management experience is a must. Demonstration of critical-thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze and manage customer expectations is also required.

As a Delivery Executive within our team, you will:

• Be responsible to steer, grow, and run multiple medium to large multi-million-dollar engagements to implement SAP software for Cloud solutions.
• Ensure financial business commitments are met by the programs and make necessary adjustments to improve financial well beings of the portfolio of projects.
• Work closely with the project managers and clients to identify opportunities for growth and work alongside the growth team to bring opportunities to closure.
• Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand the client's business priorities and align SAP assets and expertise with these priorities
• Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, schedule, resources, and costs
• Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution
• Work with Project and Program Managers to develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time, cost effective and quality completions. Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments up-front and hold them accountable.
• Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies
• Prepare and present periodic reports and presentations for the Executive steering committee
• Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines
• Advise clients on using SAP solutions to meet their business needs

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 10-15 years of related experience managing medium to large projects or programs,
• Experience in an Agile or Hybrid delivery model
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA is a plus

QUALIFICATION

• US Citizenship and active TS/SCI+poly
• Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
• English: Fluent

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 172900-368700USD The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
