As a SAP MM- SA, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Business Application Consulting practice to deliver impactful solutions. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Optimizing supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate data-driven insights
- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes
- Managing project resources and budgets to validate timely delivery of solutions
- Implementing procurement strategies and systems to enhance cost management and efficiency
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Validating data integrity and compliance within supply chain management frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Managing procurement strategy and system implementation
- Leading project budgeting and resource management
- Enhancing supply chain performance through process improvement
