As a SAP - MM - Manager, you will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation, Development, and Support activities related to SAP Materials Management. You will handle all Purchasing and Inventory Management tasks, providing solutions and functional specifications to meet client requirements. Your role will involve creating presentation decks, process flows, and configuration documents, confirming alignment with client standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Procurement modules to streamline purchasing and supplier management processes
- Planning and executing SAP Materials Management activities, including purchasing and inventory management
- Configuring SAP MM and delivering work products that align with client standards and requirements
- Conducting AS-IS studies, gap analysis, and blueprinting for SAP MM projects
- Integrating SAP MM with Extended Warehouse Management and other SAP modules
- Creating presentation decks and process flows for client workshops using Microsoft Visio
- Developing Process Definition Documents and Business Process Procedures for proposed solutions
- Managing procure-to-pay functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield projects
- Addressing module-specific functional conversion items such as vendor master harmonization and invoice consistency
- Applying SAP MM and Ariba integration expertise to support business continuity during migrations
- Driving fit-gap sessions and functional delta analysis using S/4HANA tools
- Utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize processes and enhance user experience
- Preparing test scripts and conducting testing post-MM upgrades
- Regularly interacting with onsite teams and clients to provide status updates and maintain relationships

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Vendor Management
- Utilizing Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation skills for process optimization
- Applying analytical thinking to enhance procurement strategies
- Excelling in supplier relationship management (SRM) and spend analysis
- Embracing change and innovation in SAP implementation projects
