We are seeking
an experienced
SAP MM Lead
to play a critical role in a Greenfield SAP
implementation based in Botswana. This is a senior, hands-on leadership
position for a consultant who thrives in building SAP landscapes from the
ground up and enjoys driving best-practice solutions across procurement and
inventory management.

You will be
responsible for leading the SAP MM stream end-to-end, working closely with
business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to deliver a
robust, scalable SAP S/4HANA solution aligned to business objectives.

Key
Responsibilities

·
Lead
the SAP MM workstream for a Greenfield implementation from blueprint through
go-live and hypercare.

·
Drive
business process design and SAP best-practice adoption for:

o
Procurement & Purchasing

o
Inventory Management

o
Materials Planning & Valuation

o
Vendor Management & Master Data

·
Facilitate
workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional
designs.

·
Configure
SAP MM in line with business requirements and integration needs.

·
Ensure
seamless integration with SAP FI, SD, PM, WM/EWM, and other modules.

·
Oversee
data migration, testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities.

·
Provide
leadership and mentorship to SAP MM team members and junior consultants.

·
Act
as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders.

·
Support
change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Requirements

Required
Skills & Experience

·
Bachelor’s
Degree, National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Supply Chain, or a
related field.

·
10+
years’ SAP MM experience, with proven exposure to Greenfield implementations.

·
Strong
hands-on configuration experience across core SAP MM processes.

·
Solid
understanding of end-to-end procurement and inventory business processes.

·
Experience
working on SAP S/4HANA environments is highly advantageous.

·
Strong
integration knowledge with FI, SD, and logistics modules.

·
Excellent
stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

·
Proven
ability to lead functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
